Our Commitment to Community Support

We believe in the transformative power of giving back, which is why we actively support local artists, community organisations and initiatives, and the next generation of legal professionals. Our values are rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a deep commitment to fostering our community. By investing in these areas, we aim to give back to the Territory community which has nurtured our personal and professional growth.
Our contribution to the community includes:
- Supervision and mentoring CDU GDLP students helping them to complete their Practical Legal Training component.
- Organizing and hosting free Continuing Professional Development seminars for Darwin based criminal lawyers.
- Free Community Legal Education seminar on matters of interest to the community.
- The “1821 Oration” an event we have developed and produced to celebrate and acknowledge the local Greek community’s contribution to the Top End by commemorating the 1821 Greek War of Independence national day with an oration by prominent members of our legal community.
- Donations to various non-for-profits and charities who reach out.
- Commissioning emerging and mid-career local artists for original works.
Support Local Art and Culture
We purchase original art works but focus mainly on works by local Territory artists, enabling them to thrive and enrich our cultural landscape.
We commission original art works by local emerging and mid-career visual artists to add to our law office’s expanding art collection. We also commission original art for our annual limited-edition X-mas card print.
In 2026 we will be embarking on more exciting collaborations with legal, art and music organisations. WTS!
